KOTA KINABALU: A staff member of a Britain-based animal welfare charity was killed after his van plunged into a sewerage tank under construction in Beaufort district late Tuesday.
Beaufort district police chief Deputy Supt Azmir Abd Razak said International Aid for the Protection of Animals (IAPWA) worker Andrew Mustal, 27, was killed on the spot following the 8.30pm mishap.
