Outgoing CJ happy with the mark he left in the judiciary

PUTRAJAYA: Outgoing Chief Justice Tun Arifin Zakaria (pic) is proud that he has created a culture of “love for writing and reading” including English literature among the judges.

Arifin, who will retire at the end of this month, said he has done whatever he could in his tenure as the country’s top judge since 2011 to achieve the target.
