PADANG BESAR: The Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail on Monday launched the ambitious Chuping Valley Industrial Area Integrated (CVIA) project, which serves as a "game changer" to Perlis' economy.
The project, costing about RM873.5mil is expected to be fully operational by 2025, and would create more than 12,500 job opportunities with a gross national income of RM 2.58bil by 2025.
