GEORGE TOWN: The public have been advised not to take the law into their own hands if they are unhappy with any enforcement by the Penang Island City Council against them.
Council secretary Yew Tung Seang said a 33-year-old enforcement officer suffered injuries on his face when he was assaulted by a motorist after he was issued with a parking summons on Wednesday night.
