GEORGE TOWN: Part-time model Ng Pei Ven, who allegedly drove against traffic on the North-South Expressway and caused a chain of collisions that killed a man, is expected to be charged under the Road Transport Act 1987.

Ng, 19, may face a charge under Section 44 of the Act for driving under the influence of drugs and causing the death or injury to any person.
