KUALA LUMPUR: A jobless man stole a kiss from a council enforcement officer and will now spend seven months in jail reflecting on his folly.
Cesar Jamanulla, 35, admitted kissing the female Kuala Lumpur City Council employee on the lips, and was jailed by magistrate Mahyudin Mohmad Som.
