KULAI: Former DAP member Hew Kuan Yau, popularly known as "Superman", has been remanded for four days over an allegedly offensive Facebook post against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
On Tuesday, Magistrate Ahmad Farid Ahmad Kamal allowed Hew to be remanded until March 24 to assist investigations under Section 233 (1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
