KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V has reminded young military officers to be proactive in helping to plan for the future of the Malaysian Armed Forces in tandem with current developments.

The King said this was because in the new millennium, new forms of threats were being felt during the process of globalisation.
