KLUANG: Malaysia could reduce its dependency on foreign workers if companies are willing to hire former prisoners, says Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan.
He said the ex-prisoners should be given a second chance after serving their jail term and be accepted if society did not want to see them committing crimes again.
