SINTOK: Celebrity chef, Chef Wan (pic), has been appointed an adjunct professor of Universiti Utara Malaysia's Tourism Management, Hospitality and Environmental School.
Wan, 59, whose real name is Datuk Redzuawan Ismail, was given his appointment letter by UUM board chairman Tan Sri Siti Sa'diah Sheikh Bakir.
