Parents of Indian and Chinese students of a primary school in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, are bewildered by the refusal of the headmaster to allow Tamil and Mandarin classes despite having enough pupils, reported Malaysia Nanban.
There are 89 Indian and 29 Chinese students enrolled in the school out of 1,200 pupils.
