GEORGE TOWN: A titled businessman has claimed trial in the magistrate's court here for using a forged will of tycoon and philanthropist N. Arumugam Pillai 27 years ago.
Malaysian Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Penang president Datuk N. Vasantharajan (pic) was charged with fraudulently using a document as the will of Arumugam, which he knew or had reason to believe was forged, at the George Town Court Complex in Lebuh Light on June 26, 1990.
