PETALING JAYA: The Penang government has refuted claims by Gerakan that the government was insincere in offering land in Seberang Prai for non-Muslim places of worship that are located near a sewage pond.
State executive councillor Lim Hock Seng (pic) said the land is located in a township surrounded by houses and flats.
