CYBERJAYA: Paying taxes should be viewed as a civic and moral responsibility by all citizens, says Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
"If all the citizens of a country realise that it is a moral and social responsibility to pay taxes, then that country will continue to prosper," said the Prime Minister.
