A VISUALLY impaired man in Tamil Nadu managed to help his pregnant wife deliver their baby by the roadside while waiting for help to arrive, Tamil Nesan reported.
The couple, in their 30s, had earlier been to the local hospital in their town but had been advised by doctors to go a larger hospital some distance away.
