BUTTERWORTH: A 14-wheeler trailer, which was transporting scrap metal from the Butterworth Deep Wharf here to a steel factory in Prai, turned on its side, spilling its cargo on the road in Jalan Bagan Dalam.
Food stall operator Nasir Abdul Rashid, 63, said he was resting in his house when he heard a loud noise at about 9.15am yesterday.
