PETALING JAYA: If you are a dog lover who feels sorry for the street dogs you see every day, there is something that you can do to help them.
"Neuter them and return them to their original place. We can help to catch them for you to be sent to the veterinarian for the surgery," said canine welfare group Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB) adoption coordinator Christine Lai.
