KOTA KINABALU: A farmer has been arrested for allegedly raping his niece since she was 13, resulting in her now being pregnant at the age of 15.
The 57-year-old man, who took care of the girl after her parents divorced 11 years ago, was nabbed after the victim lodged a report in Papar some 40km from here.
