Highly-skilled and well-known emissaries of death

PETALING JAYA: Well-trained and highly-skilled North Korean agents are well-known emissaries of death with a history of carrying out missions abroad.

According to a BBC report in 2011, there was an assassination attempt on an infamous defector, Park Sang-hak, who had sent balloons carrying leaflets criticising the North Korean government, but it was foiled by South Korean authorities that year.
