JOHOR BARU: People living around Jalan Lingkaran Dalam and Danga Bay are calling on the authorities to take stern action to stop teenagers from holding bicycle races in the area, particularly late at night.

They are asking the police to seize the modified bicycles used during such races and keep the teenagers in the nearest police station until their parents come for them.
