Grab says new scheme to ensure drivers serve passengers

PETALING JAYA: Grab Malaysia says its acceptance reward and cancellation scheme is to ensure that its drivers are mindful of their bookings and continue to serve their passengers.

Grab’s Malaysia country head Sean Goh said that while drivers who cancel or ignore any jobs are penalised RM1 per job, those who complete any booking will be rewarded with an additional RM1.50.
