PETALING JAYA: The Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) will carry out an investigation into the death of S. Bala Murugan, who died in police custody at the North Klang district police headquarters near here.
Its chairman Datuk Yaacob Md Sam (pic) said in a statement on Thursday that the EAC had formed a task force under the provisions of Section 17 of the EAIC Act 2009 (Act 700) to carry out an investigation on the case.
