KUCHING: PBDS Baru has unveiled a seven-point manifesto for the Tanjong Datu by-election, focusing largely on Dayak rights.
At the top of the list is restoring native customary rights (NCR) over "pemakai menoa (territorial domain)" and "pulau galau (communal forest reserves)".
