Catamaran owner pleads not guilty

KOTA KINABALU: The owner of a catamaran that sank on Chinese New Year has claimed trial to ferrying people in unsafe con­­dition.

Leong Vin Jee, 44, pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Jessica Om­­bou Kakayun at a room converted into a court at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at 3.30pm on Sunday.
