KUALA LUMPUR: A special Ops Cantas Khas launched by police this week nabbed 34 members of the notorious Gang 36, said to be responsible for a series of high profile murders including that of Deputy Customs director-general Datuk Shaharuddin Ibrahim in 2013.
Other high profile murders that were allegedly orchestrated by the gang were that of Satu Hati Puchong gang leader S. Surya Kumar in January last year, and his right-hand man V. Kandasamy six months later.
