GEORGE TOWN: Penang Hospi-tal authorities are riled that visitors to the Penang Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2017 are using the hospital’s multi-storey car park to get to the event at Polo Ground.

Penang Hospital Visitors Board chairman Lim Thoon Deong said event visitors were ignoring signs placed at the hospital entrance urging them not to use the car park.
