KUALA LUMPUR: Police hope to meet and interview convicted serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah (pic) once he is back in the country, said Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim.
The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said police will try to meet the 56-year-old Selva Kumar and record his statement including where he will live, his future plans as well as other personal details.
