GEORGE TOWN: Traffic on several major roads in Penang came to a halt, while vehicles on other roads were reduced to a crawl after an hour-long downpour here.
The traffic at Penang Bridge and roads leading to it was also congested, with the start of the Chinese New Year exodus.
