Popular herbal drinks shop closes after a chequered 64-year history

GEORGE TOWN: After 64 years in the herbal drinks business, the popular Shong Hor Hin Medicated Tea Stall has finally called it a day.

Octogenarian Chan So Han, who started the business with her husband by the roadside in Cintra Street back in 1953, said quitting was a difficult decision.
