KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians should not fear speaking out or criticising the Government if it is done constructively, said Centre for Public Policy Studies chairman Tan Sri Ramon Navaratnam.
The moderation advocate said that no government can serve its people well without listening to the people and seriously addressing the burning issues of the day as well as of the future.
