Pribumi to meet with PAS in February to discuss cooperation

PUTRAJAYA: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Pribumi) is keeping its doors open for PAS despite having previously given an ultimatum to the Islamist party.

Pribumi chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (pic) said the party, led by deputy president Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir, would meet PAS on Feb 2 to decide on whether the Islamist party will be part of the Opposition bloc.
