Flood situation in Sabah improving


PASIR PUTEH, 23 Jan -- Penduduk Kampung Gong Datok memerhati jalan berlubang akibat tanah mendap hingga menyebakan terputusnya Jambatan Sungai Gali yang menghubungkan kampung mereka berikutan arus deras banjir beberapa hari lalu. KOTA KINABALU: The flood condition in three Sabah districts is improving with only eight relief centres operating yesterday.

All relief centres in Kota Marudu have been closed due to the receding water level, State Secretary Tan Sri Sukarti Wakiman said in a press statement.
