PUTRAJAYA: The landmark judgment that the Malaysian Government has no right to claim for damage to public property under the Peaceful Assembly Act (PAA) 2012 stays.
On Thursday, the Federal Court dismissed an application for leave by the Government to appeal against the judgment meted out on Aug 23 last year.
