GEORGE TOWN: A 42-year-old car salesman has been charged at the magistrate’s court here with trafficking in dangerous drugs weighing more than 15kg.
Ong Swee An is facing three charges under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and punishable under Section 39B(2) of the same Act which carries the mandatory death sentence upon conviction.
