KUALA KANGSAR: A school teacher was acquitted in a Sessions Court of having UPSR examination papers in his smartphone.
Sessions judge Niran Tan Kran said K. Anparasu, 52, was acquitted of the three charges after the court ruled that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against him.
