PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has dismissed the case brought by 89 former estate workers to criminalise the demolition of the Kuil Sri Nagakanni Amman in Segambut and other Hindu temples nationwide.
Court of Appeal president Md Raus Sharif, who sat with Justices Ahmad Maarop and Aziah Ali, on Wednesday dismissed the application for leave to appeal, saying that the threshold for appeal has not been met.
