KOTA KINABALU: A bankruptcy notice has been issued to Parti Harapan Rakyat Sabah president Datuk Lajim Ukin for failing to pay RM160,851.81 to CIMB Islamic Bank Bhd.
In the notice, which was published in a local daily yesterday, Lajim was given a week from the date to pay the amount to the lawyers of the company in line with the High Court judgment on Oct 26, 2016.
