KUALA LUMPUR: MCA is open to the idea of swapping seats in Penang with other Barisan Nasional component parties, says MCA vice-president Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun.
She said MCA was open to new strategies to win seats as the party's main aim was to serve the people better.
