40 illegals caught entering and leaving Johor in three raids

KOTA TINGGI: Marine police have thwarted an attempt to smuggle in 40 Indonesian illegal immigrants and arrested three skippers in various raids at Pantai Sungai Musoh, Sungai Rengit near Pengerang Kota Tinggi.

Marine Police Region II commander Asst Comm Paul Khiu Khon Chiang said his team arrested all of them in three raids between 2am and 4.40am on Friday.
