PETALING JAYA: University Malaya (UM) has given an assurance that it will not raise tuition fees despite facing budget cuts, bringing sighs of relief from undergraduates there.
Its Vice-Chancellor, Tan Sri Prof Dr Mohd Amin Jalaludin, in an interview said that tuition fees only contributed a small percentage to UM’s operating budget.
