TARUC likely to get full university status next year

KUALA LUMPUR: Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC) in Setapak will likely become a full-fledged university by next year.

MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said that the 48-year-old institution will file its papers to request for university status by June and expects to be upgraded next year.
