KUALA LUMPUR: It is PAS' right to hold a rally as long as it is follows the conditions set under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012, said Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz.
He said the Act allows Malaysians to organise a rally if it satisfies the conditions imposed by the Act.
