KUALA LUMPUR: The Transport Ministry is planning to introduce a version of the myLesen GDL package to create a bigger pool of local bus drivers.
Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Government currently has a myLesen GDL package offered at a cheaper rate via driving schools for Malaysians to get their goods drivers’ licences (GDLs), and these "graduates" were already filling vacancies for lorry drivers.
