KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah Bersih chairman Jannie Lasimbang (pic), who was charged with two counts of organising the Bersih 4 rally without a permit on Aug 29 and 30 last year, has been discharged and acquitted after the court found no prima facie against her.
Magistrate Cindy McJuce Balitus made the ruling Tuesday after taking into consideration all the facts tendered during the trial.
