PUTRAJAYA: As the Klang Valley’s transit system continues to progress, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai harbours hope that Kuala Lumpur’s trains could one day achieve a 90-second maximum waiting time.

Fresh from a visit to Moscow, Liow said he was impressed with the frequency of the metro system in the Russian capital, which boasted a waiting time of not more than 1.5 minutes.
