PUTRAJAYA: Congestion at the border crossings between Malaysia and Singapore will be alleviated when a high bridge Rapid Transit System (RTS) connects Johor Baru and Woodlands.
Both governments made the decision on the heels of a landmark bilateral agreement on the High Speed Rail (HSR) project connecting Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
