PETALING JAYA: A businessman with a “Datuk” title was charged in the Sessions Court here with eight counts of trafficking in Indonesians who were forced to work as restaurant workers.
Datuk Baharuddin Hamzah, 41, claimed trial to the charges before judge Mohamad Kamil Nizam yesterday.
