PETALING JAYA: MCA and Gerakan have slammed Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) chief Wan Saiful Wan Jan (pix) for suggesting that remarks against DAP during the recent Umno general assembly would split the country along racial lines.
MCA religious harmony bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker said Umno had done nothing wrong as it had been on the receiving end of such comments from the DAP.
