KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah Court of Appeal has dismissed a qazaf (making false allegations) application by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic) for the court to prosecute his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.
The three-man panel, chaired by Syariah Appeals Court judge Justice Dr Md Yusup Che Teh, unanimously dismissed the application with RM5,000 in costs.
