KUALA LUMPUR: Umno has always supported Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad throughout the 22 years he was prime minister but he has now betrayed the party, said Umno president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pic).
Najib, who is also Prime Minister, explained how Umno members stood behind Dr Mahathir during the 1987 feud which split the party into Team A and Team B.
